Centro Las Americas offers the highest quality of social services for the community today. Since 1977, we have provided superior service to our community and have assisted it in achieving its goals. Our years of experience and commitment to excellence have earned us the reputation as the only Hispanic Community Service provider in the area.

Centro Las Americas (CLA), envisions a system that weaves together formal services and informal resources that genuinely supports families and their sense of community. Centro Las Americas Wrap-Around Continuum Service (WACS) model is a strength-based, outcome driven continuum of service provisions offered through several program/service elements and available all in a single location. The aim of the WACS model is to maximize internal and external resources utilizing existing knowledge and expertise as a means of increasing the probabilities of families meeting their needs and reaching established goals, thus increasing their chances of reaching self-reliance and healthy interdependency. This is accomplished with a motivated team of skilled and culturally appropriate family development workers all of whom have been specially trained in one of the many service/program elements offered through the WACS Model. Family Team meetings are held weekly to discuss cases and client needs. This process is what enables and supports our vision of a woven system.
