Directions from the east:

Take Mass. Pike West to Rt. 146 North. Exit to Route 290 Worcester. Go to Exit 13 (Kelley Square). Bear right at the end of the ramp. Go through Kelley Square and stay on Route 122/Madison Street (go between gas stations). Go through two sets of lights. Go past the second set of lights (Southbridge St.), half a block, make a left, then two blocks to Sycamore St. take a right. Centro Las Americas is on the left.

Directions from the west:
